P&P Prices
Every product has its own P&P price depending on its size. If your order has more than one item, you're only charged once - for whichever single item's price is highest, since everything travels together in one parcel. You'll always see the exact amount before you pay.

Important Information
Careful Packaging
All items are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. We use eco-friendly materials where possible.
UK Delivery Only
We currently deliver physical products within the United Kingdom only. A pet's memorial page is unaffected by this and can be created and viewed from anywhere in the world.

Every order is sent by tracked delivery. If you'd like the tracking number, email us and we'll send it over.
